Summary: The hotel room has amazing views and the staff was very courteous. The check in was smooth and the breakfast served in a superb restaurant with a very lovely server. We had the best food there. However, the amenities were next to zero with nothing other than a bed and tv in your room. The state of building is deteriorated with age and needs a complete rework. Bed frames were super old, mattress was worst and moist, and not to forget the bed bugs. It was absolutely unhygienic but only with a quant sea blue color interiors and views of Bosphorus to please you. I’m still suffering from allergies which I picked up with the bed bug bites at this hotel. I won’t recommend to stay here unless they fix it. Feedback was duly provided to the manager on duty as well.
